Spring 2025 Baseball Registration
Our Spring 2025 registration will be opening at 9 AM on Friday Nov 1st. Here is some important information about the upcoming registration and season.
For Registration: OPENS NOV 1ST 2024 for returning players and NOV 15TH 2024 for the general public. Registration CLOSES on JANUARY 31st 2025 for ages 7 and up, and will CLOSE on FEBRUARY 20th for ages 7 and below. Early bird fees in effect until DEC 31ST.
We are now using the RAMP registration system and will no longer be using Teamsnap. To register you will need to use the registration link below and create your REGISTRATION ACCOUNT. This account is where you will directly register from. Once you create your account you can download the REQUIRED documents you will need to complete your Spring registration which will speed up the registration process when it opens on Friday Nov 1st. The documents you will need to download for registration are: Birth certificate, Proof of Residency dated from Feb 1st, 2024- present and is required if you live within our boundaries, as well as a photo/scanned copy of a valid credit card-(front and backside of the card) for our volunteer program and uniforms deposits. The credit card will documents cannot be uploaded prior to registration. Registration will open for our current families on Nov 1st and new families who have not played here in either Spring 2024, or Fall 2024 will be able to register on and after Nov 15th. WE WILL BE SENDING A CODE FOR REGISTRATION AND ASK THAT YOU NOT SHARE IT WITH PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF THOSE WHO PLAYED SPRING OR SUMMER on Oct 31st. You will need this code when you pick the package you are registering for-and cannot register without it. People who do register that are not members in good standing currently, and have outstanding Volunteer fees from Spring 2024, will be placed on the waitlist until the fee has been paid. Players who register before Nov 15th, and who did not play in Spring or Fall 2024, will also be placed on the waitlist until after Nov 15th.

You will also need to download the new RAMP APP. This allows you to follow your child's team, and view the schedule (just like in teamsnap) once we add teams in February and March 2025.. YOU CANNOT register from the app.
Within the registration you will also need to sign your volunteer form and jersey deposit forms (jersey deposits are for age 7 and up).
Here is this years volunteer commitment:
Each family will provide Langley Baseball with a $200.00 Volunteer commitment deposit. (Which will be held by the credit card above on file in your registration). If your volunteer commitment is completed, by Aug 31st 2025, your credit card will not be charged. Each family registration will be required to complete one task (each task will take between 2-3 hours) . These tasks can range from helping with opening ceremonies, field maintenance, helping with tournaments, extra concession shifts, coaching, team parents and more. We will also offer an up-front opt out option this year. If you would like to opt out of the volunteer program, there will be a $150.00 fee added at the time of registration. More specific information about the volunteer commitment can be found on our website.
For Spring League:
We will offer teams for ages 4-16 this season. Registration is done by age (entered into your account at time of registration), and will be confirmed with the uploaded birth certificate. You will be offered your registration options within your specific age groups.
Ages 9-12 as well as the 13-16 year old players do play in tiered divisions, with teams created by tryouts/evaluations. We will offer everyone a team to play on, so no one will be cut from the league, and team placement information will follow in January 2025, with evaluation dates and the various tiers being offered at that time for these age groups. The number of teams in each tiered division will be determined based on registration numbers and evaluations and decided on at a future date.
Team assignments for the different age groups will not be available until February and early March 2025. The SCHEDULES for each team will not be released until soon after the teams are released, as the schedule depends on the number of teams in each division, and we cannot make teams until registration closes on the dates listed above.
