Coaches are the heart of Langley Baseball! We are looking for dedicated leaders who want to inspire and shape the physical, mental, and emotional development of our young players. More than just teaching the mechanics of baseball, our coaches serve as positive role models who emphasize sportsmanship, respect, and the joy of the game. To ensure a safe and supportive environment, our Coach Selection Committee reviews all applicants annually based on specific leadership qualities, and all selected coaches must complete a Criminal Record Check alongside Respect in Sport and Abuse Awareness certifications.
